## Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff to meet performance targets
- Analyze market trends, consumer requirements, and competitor behavior to identify new opportunities
- Create and implement advertising, promotional literature, and social media campaigns to promote brand awareness
- Set sales quotas, monitor performance, and negotiate with key clients to maximize revenue
- Prepare annual budgets, analyze expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager in hospitality, FMCG, or retail
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong ability to interpret data, trends, and financial reports
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by the following key performance indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth
