## Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales and marketing staff to meet performance targets
  • Analyze market trends, consumer requirements, and competitor behavior to identify new opportunities
  • Create and implement advertising, promotional literature, and social media campaigns to promote brand awareness
  • Set sales quotas, monitor performance, and negotiate with key clients to maximize revenue
  • Prepare annual budgets, analyze expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager in hospitality, FMCG, or retail

Required Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to interpret data, trends, and financial reports
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor teams
