## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Sales Manager to drive profitable business growth and lead the sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable business growth by implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyze market trends and lead the sales team to achieve targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, fleet leasing, haulage, and vehicle maintenance services
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and profitability goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in the automobile industry or business development within the logistics fleet management industry, with at least managerial experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
