About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Sales Manager to drive profitable business growth and lead the sales team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable business growth by implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends and lead the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, fleet leasing, haulage, and vehicle maintenance services
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and profitability goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- 5-7 years' experience in the automobile industry or business development within the logistics fleet management industry, with at least managerial experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
