Qualifications & Requirements

  • B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field
  • Completed NYSC
  • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, or related fields)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client acquisition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (advantageous)
