Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field
- Completed NYSC
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in sales within the financial services sector (Banking, Microfinance, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Services, Pension, or related fields)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Good understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client acquisition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (advantageous)
