We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:
  • Our client seeks highly experienced and strategic Sales Managers to lead business growth, manage high-performing teams, and ensure consistent target achievement across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, lead, and supervise Team Leads and Sales Supervisors across assigned regions.
  • Oversee the entire sales process and ensure business objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market expansion.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
  • Represent the company brand with excellence and integrity in all engagements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in mobile device or FMCG distribution.
  • Strong strategic thinking and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams and achieving ambitious targets.
Target:
  • Minimum sales of 200 devices per month.
