We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance against agreed KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals in line with company policies
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve product/service delivery
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions
  • Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Required Qualifications:
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 7 years experience.
Salary N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
