Job description
We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against agreed KPIs
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals in line with company policies
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve product/service delivery
- Ensure proper documentation of sales activities and client interactions
- Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 7 years experience.
Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
