An established company is recruiting for the following position.
About the job
- Ramos Real Estate is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will both personally close real estate deals and lead a small sales team to hit ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate is hands-on, target-driven, and understands the Lagos real estate market.
- Generate and close your own pipeline of sales (rentals, sales, and mandates) every month.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Ramos Real Estate sales team to meet and exceed agreed targets.
- Set individual and team targets and review performance weekly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and external agents.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to convert inbound and field leads into closed deals.
- Develop and implement simple sales playbooks (scripts, follow-up steps, reporting rhythm).
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Minimum 5+ years’ proven experience in real estate sales in Lagos, with a strong closing record.
- Experience leading or mentoring other salespeople (team lead, unit head, or manager role).
- Demonstrated ability to both sell personally and drive team performance (player-coach mindset).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using CRM, spreadsheets, and digital tools to track leads, deals, and performance.
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and readiness to work with clear KPIs and targets.
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based commissions.
