Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦500,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in furniture, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery projects
- Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure accurate project execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to project completion
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales within furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery solutions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and high-value projects simultaneously
