A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦500,000 monthly Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in furniture, cabinetry, and bespoke joinery projects
  • Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure accurate project execution
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to project completion
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales within furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and high-value projects simultaneously
