An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our vehicle and heavy equipment sales team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team with close follow-up and guidance.
