An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our vehicle and heavy equipment sales team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share. Job Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Build, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. - Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. - Negotiate and close deals with customers. - Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team with close follow-up and guidance.
