Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos, offering a great opportunity for career growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and engagement across Pazino's real estate portfolio.
Your role will involve promoting estate schemes, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. While some tasks may be performed remotely, significant in-person meetings and site visits will be required to maintain strong customer connections and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Service
- Marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector
- Proficiency in Project Management and Time Management
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid working environment
- Familiarity with real estate markets in Lagos, particularly the Ibeju-Lekki area (advantageous)
