Oversee and develop marketing campaigns for our products
Win over new customers and retain existing ones
Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define target audiences for our products
Devise and present new ideas and strategies for brand growth
Execute promotional activities to increase public awareness and enlightenment
Update customer information in the system
Prepare and submit sales orders to the Centre Manager
Liaise with issuing units to ensure all products in store are sold
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, routes, prices, and availability
Coordinate internal marketing and organizational culture initiatives
Monitor performance and sales levels to ensure consistent growth
Create, monitor, and develop sales routes
Supervise sales representatives on their daily sales activities
Maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers
