## Title: Sales Executive

Position Overview

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns for our products
  • Win over new customers and retain existing ones
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify and define target audiences for our products
  • Devise and present new ideas and strategies for brand growth
  • Execute promotional activities to increase public awareness and enlightenment
  • Update customer information in the system
  • Prepare and submit sales orders to the Centre Manager
  • Liaise with issuing units to ensure all products in store are sold
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Answer customer questions about credit terms, products, routes, prices, and availability
  • Coordinate internal marketing and organizational culture initiatives
  • Monitor performance and sales levels to ensure consistent growth
  • Create, monitor, and develop sales routes
  • Supervise sales representatives on their daily sales activities
  • Maintain strong relationships and rapport with customers
  • Discover new market expansion opportunities

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma)

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience in the bakery or FMCG industry is preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities

Other Requirements

  • Ability to drive a Keke and/or vehicle
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
