A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Description
  • We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive property sales by converting qualified leads into closed deals. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and experienced in sellingresidential properties(lands & houses.)
Key Responsibilities
  • Market and sell residential properties (land and house)
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales
  • Conduct property inspections and client presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close sales professionally
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop referral networks and generate repeat business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-4 years experience.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Target-driven with a strong performance mindset
  • Good knowledge of land and building/property sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
