Job Description
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive property sales by converting qualified leads into closed deals. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and experienced in sellingresidential properties(lands & houses.)
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell residential properties (land and house)
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations
- Negotiate terms and close sales professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop referral networks and generate repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-4 years experience.
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven with a strong performance mindset
- Good knowledge of land and building/property sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
