  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships for the company’s solar and power solutions. This role is target-driven and ideal for a sales professional with strong negotiation skills and an interest in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through field sales, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels.
  • Present and promote solar power solutions to prospective clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after project execution.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or technical solutions
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and sell technical products and solutions
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Willingness to work in a field-based and target-driven environment
