Role Summary - The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships for the company’s solar and power solutions. This role is target-driven and ideal for a sales professional with strong negotiation skills and an interest in renewable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. - Generate and qualify leads through field sales, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels. - Present and promote solar power solutions to prospective clients - Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads. - Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Build and maintain strong customer relationships before and after project execution. - Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and smooth project delivery. - Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Requirements: - HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2–5 years relevant sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or technical solutions - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to understand and sell technical products and solutions - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused - Willingness to work in a field-based and target-driven environment
