We are seeking an Experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and close high-value real estate transactions. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the local property market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market, and sell properties
  • Identify and engage prospective buyers and investors
  • Conduct property inspections and site visits
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals successfully
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide professional advice on property prices, market trends, and investment opportunities
  • Collaborate with legal teams, developers, and management to ensure smooth transactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–5 years proven experience in real estate sales
  • Strong understanding of property sales processes and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Customer-focused with a result-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of property documentation and land titles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
