A top employer is now accepting applications for this role.   The Role:
  • We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Business Development Executives/Investment Managers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our luxury properties by identifying and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through market research, targeted outreach, and networking activities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and financial capabilities.
  • Interface with existing strategic clients to solidify mutual expectations and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Sales & Negotiations:
  • Craft compelling sales presentations that showcase our luxury properties and address client requirements.
  • Lead and navigate negotiations, ensuring a fair and transparent process for clients while securing favourable deals for the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, mortgages, legal aspects, and related matters.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote our luxury properties, utilizing traditional and online marketing channels like advertisements, open houses, listing services, and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals to create a strong referral network.
  • Remain abreast of real estate market trends by attending industry events and conferences.
Business Development & Reporting:
  • Develop and deliver business plans through market research, analysis, and accurate business reports.
  • Build a strong referral and lead generation network.
  • Demonstrate vast knowledge of social media and online marketing strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market in Lagos, Nigeria.
  • Proficient in social media marketing and online lead generation strategies.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
