  • The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FX and cross-border payments space.
  • The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of foreign exchange markets, international payments, and client acquisition processes.
  • This role involves prospecting for new clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the FX and cross-border payments market.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and convert them into active clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies to grow market share.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients’ FX and cross-border payment needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Provide timely follow-up and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activities.
Product Promotion & Sales Execution
  • Present and pitch FX and payment solutions to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities and referrals.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
  • Provide insights to the team on customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry developments affecting FX and cross-border payments.
Internal Collaboration
  • Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies during client acquisition.
  • Support management with periodic sales reports and performance updates.
Partnerships & Networking
  • Identify potential partners and referral channels to support sales growth.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry engagements when required.
