An established company is recruiting for the following position. Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Executive based in Lagos.
  • The HVAC Sales Executive will be responsible for creating and managing a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and conducting product presentations.
  • The role also includes negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and at the highest level of professionalism.
Required Qualifications: / Experience
  • Proven track record in selling HVAC systems or other technical products through the B2B channel
  • Evidence of “owning” and successfully managing a strong network of corporate customers
  • Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills
  • Some technical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, including installation and maintenance, will be a plus but not strictly necessary
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, organised, and energetic with the ability to produce results with minimal supervision
  • A HND/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required
