## Title: Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to generate high-quality leads and support conversions for our 5kW and 10kW Solar Home System (SHS) products through proactive outbound engagement and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote renewable energy products and solutions
  • Qualify leads based on customer energy needs, usage patterns, and affordability
  • Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate field sales visits where required
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, and customer records using CRM systems or MS Excel

Technical Sales Support

  • Provide basic to intermediate technical guidance on solar systems, PPS, and related renewable energy solutions
  • Assess customer load requirements and recommend appropriate product configurations
  • Clearly explain system specifications, performance expectations, installation requirements, and maintenance guidelines in non-technical language
  • Escalate complex technical inquiries to the engineering team when necessary

Customer Engagement & Conversion

  • Clearly communicate product benefits, warranties, and after-sales support offerings
  • Address customer objections and technical concerns to improve conversion rates
  • Follow up consistently to drive deal closure and ensure smooth handover to field sales or installation teams

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call, lead generation, and conversion targets
  • Provide periodic reports on call activities, lead quality, customer feedback, and market insights
  • Support management with data-driven insights on customer demand trends and frequently asked technical questions

Required Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
