## Title: Sales & Customer Service Representative
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to generate high-quality leads and support conversions for our 5kW and 10kW Solar Home System (SHS) products through proactive outbound engagement and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote renewable energy products and solutions
- Qualify leads based on customer energy needs, usage patterns, and affordability
- Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate field sales visits where required
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, and customer records using CRM systems or MS Excel
Technical Sales Support
- Provide basic to intermediate technical guidance on solar systems, PPS, and related renewable energy solutions
- Assess customer load requirements and recommend appropriate product configurations
- Clearly explain system specifications, performance expectations, installation requirements, and maintenance guidelines in non-technical language
- Escalate complex technical inquiries to the engineering team when necessary
Customer Engagement & Conversion
- Clearly communicate product benefits, warranties, and after-sales support offerings
- Address customer objections and technical concerns to improve conversion rates
- Follow up consistently to drive deal closure and ensure smooth handover to field sales or installation teams
Reporting & Performance Management
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call, lead generation, and conversion targets
- Provide periodic reports on call activities, lead quality, customer feedback, and market insights
- Support management with data-driven insights on customer demand trends and frequently asked technical questions
Required Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
