Sales & Customer Care Representative

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Summary We are currently seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage customer engagement, drive sales, and maintain positive client relationships. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can also manage online sales interactions and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media platforms

• Manage in-store and online sales while building strong customer relationships

• Create and publish sales-driven content for social media and digital platforms

• Handle day-to-day management of the brand’s social media accounts

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong customer service orientation

• Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage and grow social media engagement

• Minimum of WAEC/Diploma

• Must reside in or around Ikeja
