Position Summary We are currently seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage customer engagement, drive sales, and maintain positive client relationships. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can also manage online sales interactions and digital engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media platforms - Manage in-store and online sales while building strong customer relationships - Create and publish sales-driven content for social media and digital platforms - Handle day-to-day management of the brand’s social media accounts Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong customer service orientation - Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage and grow social media engagement - Minimum of WAEC/Diploma - Must reside in or around Ikeja Join Ify Klozet and be part of a brand that’s redefining fashion in Nigeria!
