A top employer is now accepting applications for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and documentation
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with operations/logistics teams
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to clients
Requirements: & Qualifications
  • OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years of work experience.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales coordination or sales support (energy/power sector is an advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
