Position Overview: - The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales executives, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks - Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and documentation - Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders - Maintain and update customer and sales records - Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with operations/logistics teams - Assist in preparing sales reports and performance updates - Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to clients Requirements: & Qualifications - OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1–3 years of work experience. - 1–3 years experience in sales coordination or sales support (energy/power sector is an advantage) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
