We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Role Summary:
  • The Sales Associate will support revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and converting SMBs and mid-market customers for Termii’s communication products (Switch, Engage, Assist).
  • The role is execution-focused, pipeline-driven, and designed for someone who can learn fast, sell consultatively, and follow a structured sales process.
Expectation:
  • Contribute directly to monthly MRR growth
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Progress towards owning deals end-to-end within 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and qualify leads via outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound channels
  • Identify ICP-fit customers across fintech, e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, and enterprises
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases
  • Position Termii solutions clearly (value-led, not feature-led)
  • Support demos, proposals, and onboarding handovers
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Learn Termii’s APIs, pricing, and use cases quickly
Required Qualifications: & Skills:
  • 4+ years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. CPaaS, SaaS or Banking experience is an added advantage.
  • A graduate of Business administration, Marketing or other relevant field of study.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Comfort with numbers, targets, and CRM tools
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn technical products
  • High ownership, accountability, and Structured thinker
