A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • The Sales Associatewill beresponsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s furniture products
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert enquiries/walk in customers intosales opportunities
  • Follow up on pending orders and payments
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders.
  • Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4years’ experience in sales (retail, furniture, interior décor, manufacturingpreferred).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with ability to close sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools is an added advantage
