A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - The Sales Associatewill beresponsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s furniture products Key Responsibilities: - Identify and convert enquiries/walk in customers intosales opportunities - Follow up on pending orders and payments - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups. - Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation. - Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders. - Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand. Requirements: - Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 3–4years’ experience in sales (retail, furniture, interior décor, manufacturingpreferred). - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Customer-focused with ability to close sales. - Proficiency in CRM tools is an added advantage
