About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Sales and Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic business partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and drive sales growth through collaborative relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets by working with external partners
- Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnership portfolio
- Negotiate and draft partnership agreements to ensure mutual obligations and benefits for both parties
- Manage strategic partnerships by developing collaboration ideas, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
- Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote partnerships to clients and stakeholders
- Establish new business relationships to create mutually beneficial arrangements
- Develop and manage long-term partner relationships to increase sales opportunities and client loyalty
- Conduct data analysis and market research to identify partnership opportunities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partnership opportunities, managing communications and expectations
- Stay current on industry trends and news, sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders
- Attend conferences and networking events to generate leads and cultivate relationships
- Prepare detailed reports documenting all aspects of the partnership development process
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
