## Title: Sales and Partnership Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Sales and Partnership Manager to develop and manage strategic business partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and drive sales growth through collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets by working with external partners
  • Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnership portfolio
  • Negotiate and draft partnership agreements to ensure mutual obligations and benefits for both parties
  • Manage strategic partnerships by developing collaboration ideas, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote partnerships to clients and stakeholders
  • Establish new business relationships to create mutually beneficial arrangements
  • Develop and manage long-term partner relationships to increase sales opportunities and client loyalty
  • Conduct data analysis and market research to identify partnership opportunities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partnership opportunities, managing communications and expectations
  • Stay current on industry trends and news, sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate leads and cultivate relationships
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting all aspects of the partnership development process
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
