This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • You will be responsible for supporting their sales and administrative functions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Attend customer meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, and administration.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Familiarity with IT and telecom products and services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
