Position Overview:
- You will be responsible for supporting their sales and administrative functions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Attend customer meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, and administration.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with IT and telecom products and services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
