This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international safety regulations and standards.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
  • Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with safety requirements.
  • Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports.
  • Advise management on safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction safety management.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as NIOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in developing safety policies and conducting audits.
  • Strong knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
