About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and clients with professionalism and courtesy
• Address inquiries about the company and its products positively and accurately
• Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum market penetration
• Effectively serve walk-in buyers and convert them to return customers through cordial, efficient, and effective customer relations
• Represent the company's interests positively both during and outside working hours
• Promote sales and strengthen customer relationships
• Stay current with information about brands and products sold
• Perform merchandising duties
• Prepare weekly reports and provide rapid after-sales service
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification
• Completed mandatory NYSC program or ability to provide an exemption letter
• Good customer service skills
• Flexibility to work effectively in supervisor and negotiator roles
• Good knowledge of the retail market and environment
• Experience in retail sales (highly desirable)
• Ability to communicate at all levels with excellent capacity for persuasion and negotiation
• Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft applications
• Must reside around the Lagos location and surrounding areas

Working Conditions

This position requires long hours of standing.
