## Title: Retail Sales Associate

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our retail operations.

Attend to customers and clients with professionalism and courtesy
Address inquiries about the company and its products positively and accurately
Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure maximum market penetration
Effectively serve walk-in buyers and convert them to return customers through cordial, efficient, and effective customer relations
Represent the company's interests positively both during and outside working hours
Promote sales and strengthen customer relationships
Stay current with information about brands and products sold
Perform merchandising duties
Prepare weekly reports and provide rapid after-sales service
Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

B.Sc. or HND qualification
Completed mandatory NYSC program or ability to provide an exemption letter
Good customer service skills
Flexibility to work effectively in supervisor and negotiator roles
Good knowledge of the retail market and environment
Experience in retail sales (highly desirable)
Ability to communicate at all levels with excellent capacity for persuasion and negotiation
Basic knowledge and use of computer and Microsoft applications
Must reside around the Lagos location and surrounding areas

This position requires long hours of standing.
