About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations across four vibrant locations in Ilorin and Malete. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of culinary experiences, including two full-service restaurants and two Quick Serve Restaurants (QSRs). You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, ensuring both fine dining and quick-service teams deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire four teams across different restaurant concepts
- Drive revenue growth and control costs to ensure profitability across the portfolio
- Maintain impeccable standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff members
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably with multi-unit or diverse concept experience
- Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of restaurant P&L management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural leadership abilities with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple locations effectively
