We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. About the Role

• We’re building a research-led approach to hiring and talent decisions grounded in data, behavioral science, and evidence (not gut feeling). This role is not generalist HR.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 4-9 years experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys research, analysis, and structured thinking

• Can interpret assessment and workforce data

• Is curious about psychometrics, organizational psychology, and talent science

• Can translate insight into practical people decisions.
