About the Role - We’re building a research-led approach to hiring and talent decisions grounded in data, behavioral science, and evidence (not gut feeling). This role is not generalist HR. Requirements: - Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 4-9 years experience. We’re looking for someone who: - Enjoys research, analysis, and structured thinking - Can interpret assessment and workforce data - Is curious about psychometrics, organizational psychology, and talent science - Can translate insight into practical people decisions. Additional Information: - Selection includes a structured research & analysis assessment. - Candidates who like thinking, writing insights, and solving problems tend to do well. Salary Strategic function N15,000,000 - N20,000,000 / Annum.
