A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Responsibilties
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support.
  • Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing clients.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance sales and relationship management skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management experience
  • Proficiency in banking software, digital platforms, and data management tools
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Understanding of banking products and services.
