A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Responsibilties - Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities. - Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support. - Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing clients. - Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and resolve issues. - Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates. - Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. - Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities. - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance sales and relationship management skills. Required Qualifications: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Strong sales, customer service, and relationship management experience - Proficiency in banking software, digital platforms, and data management tools - Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the banking or financial services sector - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Understanding of banking products and services.
