We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Description
  • Build strong, long term client relationships based on trust and mutual value
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross sell our products and services
  • Identify and mobilize clients within assigned market areas. Collect, review loan applications and required documentation
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis including business assessments, cash flow evaluation, character checks and collateral verification where applicable
  • Recommend loan approvals or rejection based on risk assessment and lending guidelines, ensure compliance with KYC policies
  • Maintain an active, healthy loan portfolio with low default and delinquency rates.
  • Educate clients on our loan products, terms and repayment obligations.
