An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Abuja.
  • The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Day-to-day tasks include managing client portfolios, enhancing customer satisfaction, offering financial advice, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals.
  • The role also involves cross-selling banking products, deposit mobilization and identifying good credit oportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Skilled in marketing and sales, cross-selling strategies, ability to mobilize deposits and identify good credit opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in account management and ability to handle customer portfolios
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and results-driven environment
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
