An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Abuja. - The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. - Day-to-day tasks include managing client portfolios, enhancing customer satisfaction, offering financial advice, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. - The role also involves cross-selling banking products, deposit mobilization and identifying good credit oportunities. Required Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills - Skilled in marketing and sales, cross-selling strategies, ability to mobilize deposits and identify good credit opportunities. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-service mindset - Proficiency in account management and ability to handle customer portfolios - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and results-driven environment - Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
