About the Role
Global Organics Limited is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage the sales team, and achieve revenue targets within a specific geographical territory in Rivers, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior executives to establish regional sales goals and forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives while setting performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture through regular meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and hospital accounts
- Track and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
- Review and manage regional budgets and expenses effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with proven experience in a similar managerial role
- MBA or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the local pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to interpret data and adapt strategies
