We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and decent Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
- As our receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, and managing front desk operations.
- Greet and attend to visitors, clients, regulators, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact, representing the company professionally.
- Ensure visitors sign in/out and are directed to the appropriate department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Relay messages promptly to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain front desk records (visitor log, courier log, etc.).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
- Provide clerical support (typing, photocopying, scanning, filing).
- Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation.
- Support in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle basic client inquiries and direct complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Ensure the reception area and front desk are neat, welcoming, and presentable.
- Support administrative team withlogistics coordination when necessary
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Gender - Female.
